A leading Asian bank who are rapidly exanding their UK and London operation are recruiting for a Compliance Analyst to join their compliance function in their modern offices in the City of London.

The role has been created due to expansion and will report into the Head of Compliance and MLRO. You will be assisting the Head of Compliance/MLRO to create and maintain a compliance culture within the Bank by developing effective training programmes and providing appropriate and timely training to all staff. You will also be undertaking Compliance Monitoring duties. You will be tasked with providing a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the relevant FSA rules, in relation to training and competence and financial promotions, and ensure the Bank conducts its activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.

You will have a background in Banking Compliance and experience in AML, KYC, TCF and Monitoring will be of particular interest. Cvs to James Willacy at Austin Andrew.
