An exciting opportunity to join the Financial Crime Regulation specialist advisory arm of this Big 4 consultancy. Providing high quality consultancy to the Financial Services sector this is a leading edge function with World-Class consultants helping its clients to anticipate and understand regulatory and policy change in the Financial Crime, AML and Compliance areas.
We're looking for passionate expertise in this area where you can help move forward a Big 4 FS advisory consulting practice, identify sales and business development opportunities whilst delivering projects with high-profile clients.
You will be providing strategic reviews of organisations, their plans and their structures; Regulatory reviews to help firms benchmark against their competitors; Presentations to boards of directors on matters such as corporate and personal risk, impact analysis of regulatory change on their business and innovative solutions to manage change; Health checks on Compliance arrangements; Projects to investigate problems, propose solutions and implement change.
Technical Skills we're looking for:
Anti-money laundering, insider dealing and market abuse regulations, such as Money Laundering Regulations 2003, JMLSG Guidance Notes, and Criminal Justice Act 1993.
FSA rules regarding systems and control, conduct of business and market conduct.
Good understanding of compliance structures and operations including industry best practice in compliance.
Clear grasps of latest regulatory developments and key current issues facing regulated firms
