Vacancy Description:

An opportunity to join the most successful Solvency II practice as part of a rapidly expanding and truly ambitious General Insurance Advisory function. As a General Insurance specialist, you will provide high quality consulting advice to the London/UK insurance industry on Risk and Regulatory issues surrounding Solvency II. This team and the Financial Services Advisory function as a whole has a fantastic reputation and you will have the opportunity to work with a whole host of prestigious organisations available throughout the marketplace.

Candidates will come from a range of backgrounds. Individuals must be able to demonstrate how they can adapt in a fast moving, consulting environment.

Technical requirements:
Understanding of of ERM, Governance, ORSA and Solvency II Pillar 2.
Life/GI experience in an advisory of business consulting capacity.
Gap Analysis of existing Risk Management requirements vs Solvency II.
Knowledge of (SME) of the ICAS regime for insurers.

Talent to provide considered views and impact assessment of current/emerging regulations on an Insurer's strategy and operations

Ability to provide examples of how industry is approaching and implementing Solvency II and an awareness of the key challenges organisations face.
