Our Client, a mid-market Corporate Finance business which provides sector specialist advice to quoted and private companies in the telecoms, media, technology, financial services and renewable energy sectors. This particular client does its business with corporate clients usually with a deal value typically of up to £500m
The ideal candidate will have come from a bulge bracket investment bank or an exceptional advisory house in the City of London, They will have experience of / or will work within M&A specialising in either TMT, Financials or Renewables and will focus predominently on deal execution.
This role will progress quickly to a Director level position for the right individual.
