Austin Andrew are currently recruiting for an Senior Internal Auditor to join an international FTSE 100 Company. With a multi billion pound turnover, they are leaders within their industry, this company offers excellent opportunities to advance their career within a very high performance organisation.

The Senior Internal Auditor will report directly into the audit manager, and will be responsible for planning, organising, leading and controlling various audits worldwide, including both operational and financial. You will develop accurate and complete audit work papers that would support audit findings and recommendations as well as preparing audit points summarising findings and recommendations. You will also prepare draft audit reports for management review. The role also consist of overseeing and performing internal control testing and documentation in compliance with SOX requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, MIIA) and also have thorough knowledge of GAAP procedures, including planning, techniques, tests and sampling methods. You must also have good interpersonal and leadership skills. International travel for this role is 45-55% and International Language skills would be advantageous
