This is an excellent opportunity to join an International Engineering Company as Senior Manager of a newly formed Internal Audit Team, reporting into the Head of Internal Audit.

The main duties of the role is to lead and manage audits from the Corporate HQ in London, covering the worldwide operations. Other main responsibilities also include to identify areas of the business which are considered to be of high risk and importance to the Group, recommend improvements to control and assess current practices against recommended best practice. You will also enhance corporate discipline by monitoring compliance with Group and Regional policies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Internal Audit, ideally within Big Four Practice as well as a management role within a blue chip company. An excellent academic background is essential, as well as an Accountancy Qualification ( ACA, ACCA, IIA). Good interpersonal and people management skills are essential in conjunction with strong analytical, communication and presentational skills.
