Austin Andrew is currently recruiting for a Senior Internal Auditor to join an international conglomerate with operations across the globe. Our client is listed on various international stock exchanges, this role is based in their European HQ in the South East.

You will join a small Internal Audit team and will report directly into the Head of Internal Audit. The main duties of the role are to work with limited supervision to conduct internal audits, being responsible for financial and operational audits, financial reporting for compliance with the company's code of business conduct and ethics.
You will also document and report audit findings, making recommendations and agreeing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent audit experience, ideally gained within Big Four Practice and within an international commercial audit team. An excellent academic background is essential, as well as an accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA) and excellent communication and presentation experience. Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX are also essential for this role. International travel for this role is 30-40%, and the company offers excellent longer term career prospects within the business.
