Vacancy Description:
Austin Andrew is currently recruiting for a SOX Auditor to join an international company for a 6 month fixed term contract.
The main duty is to carry out independent appraisal of the effectiveness of internal controls of the organisation, including financial and IT Controls as defined and detailed within the SOX plans, approved narratives, risk control summaries and process maps. Other main responsibilities are to deliver the testing programme to the required standards, throughout the financial and IT Centres across the UK and Europe.
The ideal candidate will hold an accountancy or audit qualification, as well as have strong audit experience. Knowledge and experience of SOX is essential for this role. Although this is a 6 months Fixed Term Contract, there is an opportunity that this may become a permanent role in the future.
