Austin Andrew is actively recruiting for a European Audit Manager to join an international Engineering giant.

Reporting into the VP Internal Audit, you will be expected to timely execute the annual internal audit plan, and to regularly produce high quality, professional audit results and reports.

The main responsibility is to ensure that all scheduled audits are planned, managed and executed in accordance with the Company's procedures and policies. You will also assist in the development of the annual internal audit plans and goals and develop, maintain and revise, as necessary. Within the role you would also be required to manage the internal audit staff, provide assistance, mentoring, guidance and instructions as required to produce high quality internal audits

The ideal candidate must be a fully qualified accountant wit a proven track record of achievement in a large international company. You must also have strong management experience and have the vision and determination to constantly move the function forward, adding value to the business.
