Austin Andrew are currently recruiting for an Internal Audit manager to join one of the worlds largest FMCG Companies with leading brands in every continent. Their Internal Audit provides the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Senior Management reasonable assurance that the financial date used to make business decisions and to communicate to the public is true and accurate.


The main responsibilities to manage Internal Audit process for the operating divisions and administrative functions, ensuring that systems of internal controls and accounting procedures are adequate and provide accurate financial reporting and to safeguard corporate assets. You will also be responsible to ensure that financial and executive policies, global business practices and respective divisional policies are being followed.

Other main duties include ensuring that cost saving and business opportunities are identified to Senior Management. You will also supervise and coach all department members on assigned tasks so that they can maximise their potential.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background and hold an accountancy qualification ( ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA). You will also have strong internal audit management experience, ideally within Big Four Practice and a Global Blue Chip Company. European Language skills are essential and international travel is 40%.
