Austin Andrew is currently recruiting for a Senior Internal Auditor to do a one week contract with a FTSE 100 Company based in Athens. Our client is a global firm with operations across the globe. The contract will be for one week from the 4th July

The main duty of the role is to undertake Internal Audit assignments to provide an independent appraisal of the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and internal controls in financial and operational areas.

You will plan and carry out risk driven audit assignments under the guidance of an Internal Audit Senior Manager to ensure that clear objectives and scope are agreed prior to commencement of the audit. You will also be involved in pre and post implementation reviews and discuss audit findings with management, focusing particularly on areas of business risk, control weaknesses and operational efficiency enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent internal audit experience both within Big Four Practice and an International company. Greek language skills are essential for this role, as you will also be required to translate documents.
