Austin Andrew are currently recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager to join an international company based either Russia or Poland. My client is one of the worlds largest FMCG Companies and has operations across the globe. Due to continuing European Expansion, the successful candidate will ideally look to role out into the business after two-three years.

The main responsibility is to provide leadership in the planning and execution of the audit governance responsibilities, providing added value to the operations by sharing best practices and identifying productivity opportunities. As well as project planning, you will manage audit execution and report findings to the Audit Director. You will also review documentation to verify the audit team understands the business, the processes and the operational implications of their audit work.


The ideal candidate will have extensive internal audit management experience, ideally within big four practice or a large international company. A strong academic background is essential, with candidates ideally holding an accountancy qualification, as well as an MBA.
