Senior Enterprise Risk Manager, up to £65000 base
A very exciting job opportunity has arisen. My client, a leading Financial Services Institution, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to join their offices in Reading.
Key responsibilities will include; design, develop and maintain the Risk Management framework and to manage independent and objective governance, risk and control assessments and reviews; direct a team of up to 6 staff; liaise with senior divisional stakeholders; ensuring the ERM framework and governance is adopted; manage the tracking, validation and reporting of Internal Audit recommendations.
The successful candidate must have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to gain consensus; demonstrable experience in the strategic design, development and implementation of an ERM framework; ideally a strong background in operational, financial risk or audit experience.
