A growing, financial services firm, based in Essex have created a role for an Operational Risk Manager to join their Audit and Risk function. This is an outstanding opportunity significantly add-value to a fast growing and niche financial services firm.
Your main challenge will be to create an ERM function - ensuring that all risk, controls and governance processes are embedded and operating throughout every facet of the business.
It will be your responsibility to advise the business on all aspects of risk management, building effective relationships with Senior Management - articulating risks in a clear and consistent manner.
They are looking for individuals with a solid grounding in FSA regulation and someone that may have had exposure or a background in Fund Management or Fund Administration.
You will be familiar with financial services scenario planning and stress testing requirements and confidence levels alongside a robust knowledge of risk management theories, tools and techniques.
The role will pay up to £80,000 plus an extensive benefits package including Bonus, Pension, Insurance (Life, Travel, Dental, Medical) and flexible benefits that can be taken in cash.
