A growing Inter-Dealer Broker with operations globally are looking to recruit a Senior Internal Audit Manager to head up a small team in their London office. The role would encompass 20% travel to New York.

Reporting directly into the Chief Auditor in the USA, this is a high visibility opportunity working closely with colleagues in all areas of the company. The main focus of your role will be to plan, develop and complete a range of audits in all business units. Constant input will be required into the scope of audits, how they can be improved and how new audits should develop.

You will be identifying elements of risk throughout the business and making verbal and written recommendations to Senior Executives.

The ideal candidate will have Management experience from within the FS industry, ideally focused on the interdealer broker market. You will have a solid understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and the relevant controls. Your audit planning and reporting ability will be exemplarily and you must have the gravitas to influence the most senior of management.
