SENIOR GROUP OPERATIONAL RISK ANALYST, £70000
An excellent career opportunity has arisen. My client, a leading international financial services group, are looking for a Senior Group Operational Risk Analyst to join their Head Office in London.
The role is based in the Operational Risk team of the Group Risk function, and the successful incumbent will have a very important role to play in developing and implementing the Group's Outsourcing policy, as well as supporting the delivery of the Group's wider operational risk agenda. Responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Group's outsourcing policy, the candidate will also be expected to interact regularly with senior BU contacts as well as working closely with the Solvency II programme team. There will also be a variety of other Operational Risk roles to perform, such as risk reporting and the implementation of the new operational risk framework and system.
The successful candidate must have a financial services, and preferably insurance, background. A good understanding of operational risk management, measurement and Solvency II and/or Basel II is essential.
