Austin Andrew is currently recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager to join a global company based in Bristol.

The Audit team is responsible for planning and conducting internal audits, facilitating the risk management process for the business, managing fraud investigations, and leading the strategy on Business Continuity.

The main purpose of the role is to perform internal audits with a view to improving controls, increasing efficiency and decreasing risk. With a main focus on business risks, key responsibilities include leading audit teams to effect delivery of internal audit reviews, conducting risk based audits. You will ensure those reviews are completed to a high standard from planning through to execution, to final reporting and follow up.

The ideal candidate will have strong internal audit experience, ideally gained from within practice as well as a large internal audit function. An excellent academic background is essential, as well as an accountancy qualification. There is a very small amount of international travel within this role (10%)
