Interim Head of Operational Risk

A very exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Insurance firm based in luxurious offices in the South West. Reporting directly to the CRO, the purpose of this role is to own, develop and manage the Operational Risk Management framework and the Group Risk Appetite Framework. Other responsibilities will include; monitoring the emerging risk profile of the Group and working closely with other senior managers, the Board and functional experts.

The successful candidate must have substantial experience in a senior Risk Management role in financial services and excellent communication and leadership skills.
