OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGER, up to £60000
My client, a fast-growing private equity backed specialist life insurer, has a very exciting opportunity opening up within the Operational Risk function .
Reporting directly into the Director of Risk and Compliance, the successful incumbent will be expected to support the development and embedding of an enterprise risk framework for the Group. They will also be expected to embed a framework for the management of the key operational risks, ensuring that all Risks are in line with defined risk appetite. Additionally, they will be required to support the Director of Group Risk to ensure the successful delivery of the Solvency II development plan.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of Risk appetite, assessment and reporting, as well as embedding a risk framework. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain real exposure as well as to report directly into very Senior Management.
