A specialist Insurer is looking for a Compliance Officer to be based in the West of England. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company which has an excellent reputation on the global, and London market. This position offers up to £60,000 basic salary plus benefits.

In this role you will have varied responsibilities which will include implementing policies and procedures, compliance monitoring and reporting Compliance breaches to Head of Compliance. You will be expected to work with the Risk Management function and to liaise with Internal Audit to make sure Compliance is adhered to across the group. You must also act in an advisory capacity to the business and provide Compliance Training. You must also be keen to assist with ad hoc Compliance requirements, as necessary.

Chosen candidates will have a strong awareness of FSA regulations and preferably also be aware of Lloyds regulatory requirements. You will have knowledge of the insurance market and be able to act in a Compliance advisory position with confidence and accuracy.
