One of the World's largest and most well-known leisure groups has created an opportunity for a Director of Risk Management in London. This firm, with a long tradition in their field, is outperforming the market and has operations in over 100 countries around the world. Listed in both the US and the UK, the firm has numerous household name brands under its jurisdiction.

The Director of Risk would report directly into the Global Head of Risk Management; you will have two direct reports in London. Your primary objective is to inform and shape key decisions and recommendations that affect the major risks impacting the Group.

You will formulate the strategy for Corporate Risk Management; conduct a major risk review in each function/brand at Group level; coordinate the management of significant risks in conjunction with the business stakeholders; maintain the risk register; report and present to the Executive.

We're looking for someone with a track record of success in Risk Management, ERM - ideally in a commercial environment. You will a history of developing, maintaining an ERM framework - perhaps starting one from scratch. You will be familiar with a blue-chip, multinational environment and you will be able to face to off to Directors and C-Level executives at all levels on a daily basis.
