Austin Andrew are currently recruiting for a Senior Internal Auditor to join an international company, reporting into the Head of Audit (EMEA) based in Surrey. This is a contract role for 6 months.


The main duty of the role is to ensure that the management of the company complies with laws and regulations that affect them. You would be expected to interpret data and information systematically to identify and understand the root causes of the problem. Other main duties are to analyse and review company operations and processes for those areas audited to determine strengths and weaknesses and the extent of audit tests to be performed. You will also be required to develop audit tests to determine compliance policies and procedures, laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate would have big four experience as well as expert knowledge of accounting principles and auditing techniques and operations together with commercial awareness. A strong academic background is a necessity, and an accounting or auditing qualification would be beneficial. International travel is required for this position(40%)
