The position is responsible for the overseeing the day to day management of the accounts payable indirect invoice processing team.

The main duties of the position are:

Supervision of Accounts Payable Analysts
Preparation and entry of Invoices into both IBIS & SAP
Extensive Vendor Statement Reconciliations
Project Management
Process & workload review, ensuring Agco's policies are adhered to
Reporting KPI's
Effective, Efficient communication, both internal & External

The role will suit an Accounts Payable Professional, with experience of managing a small tem. Excellent accounts payable, process understanding within a shared service environment is required, with the ability to challenge/improve current business practice and to manage projects as required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and be able to manage a heavy and diverse workload.
