Austin Andrew is currently recruiting for a Senior Internal Auditor to join a global manufacturing company based in Germany. Our client is a US listed company and the market leader in their sector.

The main duty is to plan, execute and report the results of financial, compliance and operational audits across the European businesses. Also to assist in the execution of the companies SOX and internal control report requirements. Other duties are to review administrative policies and procedures and internal financial, accounting, operating and systems controls to assure compliance with managements' stated objectives.

Other duties are to asses the accuracy of external financial reporting and compliance with governmental and regulatory rules and regulations, including SOX requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong internal audit experience, ideally gained within Big Four Practice and an international company. Strong planning, project management and organisational skills are essential for this role, as are interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently with all levels or personnel. English is the business language, but additional German, Polish and French languages would be advantageous. European travel is 30% for this role.
