Our client an award winning media communications business, working with some of the biggest, shows/ names in media has an exciting opportunity for anEngagement and Development Manager£28,000 - £35,000 Per annumYou will be responsible for pushing forward training initiativesMain duties include:Managing the mentoring scheme.Ensuring the training and development needs for people at all levels of the organisation are met. Managing internal and external training sessions.Determine and implement the practices required to boost engagement and retention of employees.Support managers with three month probation reviews. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder who is diplomatic and able to influence others without being intimidated. You should be motivated and able to pick up new concepts quickly within a fast paced environment. You should possess strong analytical skills and have the confidence to deliver training and run work shops. You should hold the CIPD qualification and have relevant experience in HR.
