Austin Andrew is currently recruiting for a Compliance Auditor to work on a Contract basis for an international oil company based in Aberdeen. Our client is a global Oil Giant, with operations across the globe. As well as working on UK Audit assignments, there will be the opportunity to work on audits in their global HQ.

The main role of the job is to assist the team in formulating and implementing the annual contract audit plan. You will also assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan, based on assessed risk and analysis of contract expenditure patterns, including contract complexity historical data and business feedback.

Other duties are to conduct audits, either on an individual basis or in teams drawn from other disciplines and departments, as well as reporting findings, issuing audit reports and presenting recommendations and improvements.


The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background and hold a professional accountancy qualification. Previous experience within Oil and Gas is essential, as our excellent organisational and analytical skills.
