Austin Andrew are currently recruiting for an internal auditor within the oil and gas sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large international group who are offering excellent career prospects.

Based on the annual Business Assurance Programme, the internal auditor will be assigned to perform scheduled and ad hoc assignments. The main duties are to perform reviews and audits of areas of the business which have been identified by the group as significant. These will be designed to enhance corporate discipline by monitoring compliance with Group and Regional procedures and policies. You will also identify areas of weak internal control where risk may not be adequately mitigated and assess current practices against recognised best practice.

The ideal candidate have strong internal audit experience, ideally within an oil or engineering company. You will ideally have internal audit experience and have strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. You must also be willing to travel 30-50%.
