Business Improvement Director - FTSE 10 Company - to 90K package

A leading FTSE 10 Company based in West London seeks a Business Improvement Director to join a new team to help build capability and directly work on specific projects, reporting into the Business Development Lead. This position is offered on a permanent basis and will pay the successful candidate up to £90,000 package.

The Business Improvement Director will be expected to provide expert consultancy and technical leadership for business improvement implementation within the team and build organization capability to lead business improvement initiatives. The successful candidate should be influential and resourceful when acting independently, but also have the ability to work strongly as part of a team.

Skills required include excellent interpersonal skills and strong influencing skills. Strong business acumen and strategic skills are also necessary. You should be able to successfully navigate across a matrix organisation, and have a proven capability to lead and motivate teams. Exposure to Automatic Data Processing (ADP) would be beneficial and accreditation in Six Sigma is also largely advantageous.
