Transaction Manager/Analyst - Corporate Underwriting
The role encompasses the research, analysis and valuation of distressed single corporate credits, the analysis and modeling of performing and non-performing credit portfolios as well as structured products. The extensive financial modeling of deal cash flows for structured transactions and credit portfolios as well as conducting the due diligence will be key responsibilities.
The successful candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in at least one of the following fields: international auditing/ restructuring company, consulting, financial industry, investment banking, investment controlling or international corporate banking involving the analysis of corporate debt products (e.g. rating agencies, banking, CLO manager, (debt) advisory). Excellent analytical skills are required, including an exceptional ability to build and run financial models and perform detailed financial analysis.
The candidate should have an academic background, ideally in business administration, economics or mathematics with additional professional experience in Transaction-, Banking-, or Financing-Business with the focus on credit restructuring, liquidation of real estate backed loans. Excellent English skills are essential. Additional European languages, particularly German, would be welcome.
