Working in the sales side of the business, you will be based in Central London; with 4 out of 5 days based at other sites

Aim of the role, is to support Sales in maximising revenue from both new and existing clients. This will be across all income streams in the business and will involve being part of a matrix style management team.

Reporting to the Head of Contract Income this role requires individuals who can communicate with non financial management across all levels. It requires good analytical skills and would be suitable for individuals who have a strong commercial background and who have worked in a sales environment.

Responsibilities include:

Deal approval - new and renewals
Responsible for the sign off deals, in terms of controlling pricing and the level of discounting
Ensuring a yield maximisation mentality is brought to every transaction

Up sell opportunities identified
Working alongside the IT Reporting Manger, ensure Revenue from IT services are maximised
Regular involvement/attendance at meetings with our third party operators.

Pricing and Stock Reviews
List Price Review - this involves reviewing our stock across our centres and categorising rooms into Economy, Standard & Premier
Making proposals/recommendation for maximum yield opportunity by switching room use.
Working alongside the IT Reporting Manager, feed into a price and product provisioning audit for IT.

Internal Audit Reviews to identify revenue leakage and data and system integrity issues.
Review of licence fee (LF) invoicing and contracts - checking invoicing of clients in right rooms, parking of clients identified etc.
Review of Contract Service (CS) invoicing and contracts - checking invoicing of CS against Contract Service Agreement (CSA), auditing of services provided vs. CSA, i.e. free of charge services.

Lead Analysis
Working alongside the other YMs to agree best practice and propose process reviews to the Head of Contract Income

Acting as part of the Finance System Review team.
Running monthly forecasting models as part of the overall monthly forecast production for
Produce variance to budget analysis for review.
