This higlhly successful and fast growing real estate private equity business seeks an experienced financial controller to assist with the financial management of a portfolio of real estate project companies across Europe.
The role will require extensive liaisons with administrators, asset managers and property managers, auditors, tax advisors, and other external advisors.
Responsibilities will include:
Enhancement of management and financial, reporting, internal control and information systems
Review and oversight of outsourced administrator functions (including financial reporting at project level)
Production of financial accounts at group level
Monitoring and controlling of cash flow through the implementation of robust & scalable processes
Review & oversight of reporting from various asset managers and property managers.
Performance analysis
Tax compliance for the various corporate entities within the group
Assisting with fund flows for investment transactions
Debt monitoring and reporting
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

Profile of ideal candidate:
Qualified Accountant with knowledge of IFRS
Experience gained within the Property Management or Property Fund sectors
