Our client an Aim listed plc in the property sector are recruitng for a Financial Planning & Analysis Accountant.

Duties and Objectives of Job (Organisation objectives for this post):

Development of Group consolidation Reporting and Analysis of Monthly / quarterly results
Development KPI analysis and margin analysis
Harmonising of the Group's financial reporting and processes
Balance sheet analysis and allocation
Business Modelling
Assist CFO and CEO in corporate finance activities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Expert working knowledge of Excel,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work quickly and accurately, with limited supervision, good initiative taker when required.
Ability to build strong consultative relationships with new and existing customers / clients internally and externally
Project management / leadership skills
Corporate finance experience would be an advantage

Work Experience
Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA/ CIMA
Similar Role in Industry
Recent corporate finance or transaction services experience preferred
Fully conversant with UK GAAP and IFRS
