I am currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager for a specialist Recruitment Company based in Essex. In this position you will have managerial responsibility for two Compliance Administrators, you will work directly alongside the sales teams and have a broad area of responsibility. This role offers circa £30,000 and you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package.
You will have main responsibility for all Compliance related queries and be able to review and improve current compliance processes. You must be comfortable taking overall decisions on Compliance issues and conducting background checks on candidates. You may at times have to liaise with sales teams and attend client meetings in order to talk clients through the company's Compliance processes.
The chosen candidate will be confident in their abilities and able to maintain an assertive and decisive attitude, especially when faced with potential conflicts of interest. You will be ambitious and keen to improve the team and drive standards up within the group, you will also have proven managerial experience.
