The duties:
Building rapport with major client account holders
Chasing by phone, email and letter
Reviewing old and outstanding debt and deal with queries
Liase with operations over customer queries
Look at suggesting and implementing new procedures.

The succesful individual will have previous credsit control experience and will have dealt with major blue chip client accounts.
