A highly respected entrepreneurial organisation is seeking a commercially focussed Divisional Head of Finance to head up a new team within a group company. You will implement and grow the systems and team of one of the new company's and report directly in to the GFC on all finance matters. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable success in previous roles. The Group is enjoying considerable success in the current market and intends to capitalise on its position.

Duties will include full responsibility for the financial function of the new company inc
Initially overseeing and full responsibility for full processing function
Management accounting
and all financial reporting responsibilities including debt management & debt management analysis
as well as commercial decision making and operational responsibilities.
All financial accounting issues
The role would suit a driven individual looking to progress in a rapidly expanding organisation, you are likely to have come from practice or a commercial background, where you can demonstrate considerable success in your previous roles

The individual should be Qualified ( ACCA , CIMA, ACA ) and the role will require an exceptionally strong work ethic with good excel skills and someone who does not mind "mucking in". The successful individual can expect considerable opportunities for advancement and improvement on salary once they have proved themselves. The role will pay up to £55k dependent on experience, with study support if necessary
